Viewing Embedded Reporting

Embedded Reporting is enabled by default and available on both new v5.0 systems and upgraded v5.0 systems.

The Reporting tab lists all of the reports and displays the report details. The Report Data grid displays the raw data for each report. When connecting to a pre-v5.0 system, the Reporting tab is hidden.

To view reports:

  1. In the navigation area in System Administration & Diagnostics, select Reporting.

  2. Select one of the following tabs:

o      Call Distribution Report

o      PSTN Call Records Report

o      Hunt Groups Report

o      Voice Mail Report (visible only when UVM is configured on the system)

o      Mailboxes Report (visible only when UVM is configured on the system)

o      Configured Devices Report

o      Database Reporting (this is not part of the Embedded Reporting feature)

A Reporting window appears.

  1. (Optional) Do any of the following (not applicable to Database Reporting):

o      Exporting Embedded Reporting

o      Printing Embedded Reporting

o      Refreshing Embedded Reporting

o      Selecting a Specific Day or All Days
