NOTE: If UVM is not enabled, the Voice Mail Report tab is not visible. The report is not available for NuPoint Unified Messaging or Enterprise Messaging.
The Voice Mail Report displays statistics for UVM in the following methods:
Column Chart: Displays the number of messages sent and number of messages received.
Line Chart (top): Displays the number of new and saved messages for each of the seven days in the reporting period.
Line Chart (second): Displays the total length of new and saved messages for each of the seven days in the reporting period.
Report Data Grid: Displays the following statistics for associated and unassociated mailboxes for the seven-day reporting period: total number of messages sent, total number of messages received, total number of new messages, total number of saved messages, and total length of new and saved messages.
