NOTE: If UVM is not enabled on the system, the Mailboxes report tab is not visible. The report is not available for NuPoint Unified Messaging or Enterprise Messaging.
The Mailboxes report displays the following statistics for associated and unassociated mailboxes for the seven-day reporting period: total number of messages sent, total number of messages received, total number of new messages, total number of saved messages, and total length of new and saved messages. The values are the sum of all days for each mailbox. The mailbox extension, username, and last access time are also displayed. If a mailbox has not been accessed, the last access time is blank.
Note that the report only includes data for complete days. Therefore, data for the current day is not available until after the day is complete.
In the navigation area, select Reporting – Mailboxes.
Do one of the following:
o Double-click a row in the Report Data grid.
o Right-click a row in the Report Data grid, and then select View mailbox details.
