Using the Database Reporting window, you can view reports from different backups from the same system, from other systems, from saved databases, and from saved offline sessions. You can also open multiple instances of this window to view different reports side by side. All instances of this window can minimize, restore position, and/or close with the System Administration & Diagnostics application.
Do one of the following:
o Click System management tools, and then select Database reporting.
o Select Reporting – Database reporting. Click next to the Get new backup button, and then select Other database reporting.
The Database Reporting window appears.
Click Change source, and then select one of the following sources:
o Report from <active connection>
o Report from other connection
o Report from existing database
As soon as a report source is selected, the default standard report types appear in the Report content control. Select a report type from the drop-down list. When finished, a Database Reporting window appears.
(Optional) If desired, customize a report as described in the Customizing Reports section.
In the report area, you can do any of the following actions:
To export the report to a file
To show or hide the report's parameter panel
To show or hide the report's group tree
To adjust the text size in the report
