Use this option to set the extension’s mailbox type. The mailbox can be either a personal mailbox
(assigned just to the extension) or a group mailbox (shared by all members of the extension’s Ring Group).
An extension’s mailbox is not accessible when it is disabled (even though its stored messages and
configuration are retained in memory.) If disabled, a user pressing V-MAIL will initiate a remote logon and
be asked to enter their mailbox number. A voice prompt then announces, “That mailbox does not exist.”
