Setting Up the Make Call Options

To set up Make Call:

  1. Make sure Caller ID and Caller ID Logging are enabled and functioning normally.
    Check the following programming:
  2. 3103-04: Tandem Calls [Lines: Config: Setup: Settings (3103): Tandem Calls]
    Enable this option if you want to allow Make Call for remote logons (i.e., subscriber’s logging onto their mailbox through the Automated Attendant):
    Option Description
    No (0) [Default] Disabled.
    Yes (1) Enabled.
