Setting Up Go To A Mailbox

1. To allow Automated Attendant callers to dial a single digit to go to a Routing Mailbox:

  1. 4231-xx: Digit 01-13 Action [Voice Mail: Dial Actions: Dial Action Table: Dial Assignment (4231): Action]
    Assign an available digit (e.g., 1) as a GOTO action.
    For the Dial Action Table Actions and Routing Options, see Dial Action Table Actions and Routing Options.
    For the Dial Action Table defaults, see Dial Action Table Default Settings.
  2. 4231-xx: Digit 01-13 Routing Data [Voice Mail: Dial Actions: Dial Action Table: Dial Assignment (4231): Routing]
    For the Action programmed in the previous step, enter a Call Routing Mailbox (e.g., 802) for the Routing.

2. To allow Automated Attendant callers to select a Call Routing Mailbox:

  1. 4231-xx: Digit 01-13 Action [Voice Mail: Dial Actions: Dial Action Table: Dial Assignment (4231): Action]
    Assign the digit 8 as a GOTO action.

  2. 4231-xx: Digit 01-13 Routing Data [Voice Mail: Dial Actions: Dial Action Table: Dial Assignment (4231): Routing]
    For the Action programmed in the previous step, enter XXX for the Routing.
    • This allows callers to dial 801-832.
