AWS webpage and advanced system monitoring are not available.

Possible reasons are:
1. The IP address is incorrect.
2. The web listening port is incorrect.
3. The web server is disabled.

The following diagnostics functionality is available:
Message Print
Call Traffic (SMDR)
System Commands (System Monitor)

Advanced system monitoring is not supported.

Possible reasons are:
1. The host is not a 5000 CP.
2. Web connectivity is intermittent.

If the host is a 5000 CP, the following diagnostics functionality is available:
Message Print
Call Traffic (SMDR)
System Commands (System Monitor)

AWS webpage and diagnostics are not authorized.

The system connection username / password is invalid.

Advanced system monitoring is not supported.

System version prior to 4.0 do not support advanced system monitoring.

Only the following diagnostics functionality is supported:\
Message Print
Call Traffic (SMDR)
System Commands (System Monitor)

AWS webpage and diagnostics are not authorized for the <username> account.

The system connection username / password is valid, but not authorized for the AWS webpage and diagnostics:

Check with the system administrator to gain access for the system account.

Diagnostics monitoring is disabled for the system.

The following functionality is available:
Message Print
Call Traffic (SMDR)
System Commands (System Monitor)

Functionality is limited; Advanced system monitoring is <see Success Information>.

DB Programming and other functionality are not available because the socket connection failed:

Check the listening port setting for the system connection.
