Success Information

When a connection is established successfully, the Information bar is light gray, and the Information bar displays the status of the diagnostics monitoring as shown below:

When the routine system monitoring refresh requests take place, the status in the Information bar also changes to one of the following statues:

System Administration & Diagnostics is informing the system that it is requesting data updates. As soon as the response is received, System Administration & Diagnostics requests a data update.

active.

The system has been successfully informed that System Administration & Diagnostics is requesting data updates. A diagnostic update is not in progress or just completed, and data updates are not paused. A timer was started when the last diagnostics update was completed, and when it expires, another diagnostics update will be requested.

active. Refreshing…

The system has been successfully informed that System Administration & Diagnostics is requesting data updates, and a diagnostic update is in progress.

active. Refresh successful.

The system has been successfully informed that System Administration & Diagnostics is requesting data updates, and a diagnostic update was completed within the last two seconds.

paused.

The system has been successfully informed that System Administration & Diagnostics is requesting data updates, but diagnostics updates have been paused.

deactivating…

System Administration & Diagnostics is informing the system that it is no longer requesting data updates.

inactive.

The system has been successfully informed that System Administration & Diagnostics is no longer requesting data updates.

failed.

A failure occurred when System Administration & Diagnostics tried to log in to or request a data update from the system. Explanation appears in the Information bar.
