You can view system logs in the System Information content control.
In the navigation area, select System Information – System Information.
Click View system logs in the Software pane. The Log files tab in the Logs content control appears. Each log displays the name of the log file, the current size of the file in kilobytes, and the date and time the file was last modified.
The following list shows the descriptions of the Log files tab in the Logs window:
Voice Mail (BS or PS-1 AWS; depending on if you are running UVM)
Click (Refresh logs).
Click Downloading/Deleting Log Files.
