Programming System Logging Options

Using the Logging options tab, you can enable logging and program logging options for the application.

To view system logging options:

In the navigation area, select System Information – System Information.
Click View system logs in the Software pane.
Select Logging options.

You can change the logging options for the following applications:

You can program the logging options for each application. Depending on the application type, some of the options may be disabled and do not appear in the tab.

NOTE: If DB Programming is connected and you try to modify Call Processing, Shared Resource Allocation, Audio Diagnostics, SIP, and Database Changes logs, the following message appears: “Some of the logging options failed to save because DB Programming is currently connected to the 5000 CP. Please disconnect DB Programming and try again.”
