You can view and download previous system freezes in the Freezes tab. You can then initiate a system freeze.
In the navigation area, select System Information – System Information.
Click View system logs in the Software pane.
Select Freezes.
The following list shows the descriptions of the Freeze tab in the Logs window:
Timestamp: The date and time when the freeze was saved.
Size: The size of the log file.
Click Download selected. The Save As dialog box appears.
If desired, change the save location and the file name (.zip).
Click Save.
Right-click the freeze that you want to delete, and then click Delete this freeze.
Select the freeze(s) that you want to delete, and the click Delete selected.
If there are no freezes available, the Download selected and Delete selected buttons are disabled.
