Downloading System Freezes

You can view and download previous system freezes in the Freezes tab. You can then initiate a system freeze.

To view system freezes:

  1. In the navigation area, select System Information – System Information.

  2. Click View system logs in the Software pane.

  3. Select Freezes.

The following list shows the descriptions of the Freeze tab in the Logs window:

To download system freeze(s):

  1. Click Download selected. The Save As dialog box appears.

  2. If desired, change the save location and the file name (.zip).

  3. Click Save.

To delete system freeze(s), do one of the following:

If there are no freezes available, the Download selected and Delete selected buttons are disabled.
