The Application Information content control provides a condensed and expanded view of the application information data. The condensed view is the default view.
In the navigation area, select System information – Application Information.
Click (Tools), and then select Show all applications. A check mark appears/disappears next to the menu option.
Click (Tools), and then select Refresh application information now.
Do one of the following:
o Double-click the application that you want to view.
o Right-click the application that you want to view, and then select View application details.

The following list shows the field descriptions of the Application Information content control:
Status Icon (): The status of the application.
Application Name/Firmware: The name of the application/firmware.
Version: (For Mitel Support users only.) The version of the application/firmware.
