Extenda provides repair, service and parts replacement for your Mitel and legacy Inter-Tel and Executone systems. Our technicians have decades of experience and full factory certification for troubleshooting and diagnosing your system, carrier or network issues. Our Mitel technicians can access parts on their service vehicles or from our strategically located warehouses to make sure we minimize downtime.

Managed Services

We highly recommend Mitel customers in the Greater Los Angeles region take advantage of ExtendaCare managed service. We have three tiers to meet your need and budget. Proper maintenance of your Mitel communications system can extend the life of your IP system for years. Our managed service benefits vary by tier, but across the board they enjoy priority service, full parts warranty, and enrollment in Mitel Software Assurance for no-cost upgrades and patches.

Cash Customers (Time and Materials)

For our Mitel customers in Greater Los Angeles that are not under warranty or maintenance, we will still provide service on a best effort basis. Same day service charges will apply if it is an emergency, and customers under maintenance will have priority in a conflict - that is what they are paying for, after all.

Mitel Legacy Upgrades

Customers with older Inter-Tel, Executone, and Mitel equipment are eligible for great upgrade promotions. Past promotions have included free support, steep discounts on IP telephones, and discounted applications.
