The Phones content control displays general information about devices in the system.
In the navigation area, select Resource & device info – Phones.
The following list shows the field descriptions for each device.
Extension: The device extension number.
Type: The type of the device. The available types are Digital, IP Single Line, SIP, Mitel IP, IP Softphone, Single Line, and OPX/Single Line.
Model: The specific model type of the device.
Username: The name associated with the device.
Status: The status of the device. The available statuses are Offline, Idle, Busy, Waiting for license, Waiting for resource, and Waiting for PIN (Mitel IP phones only).
Version: The device firmware version installed.
Right-click the device that you want to reset, and then select Reset this phone.
Select the devices that you want to reset.
Do one of the following:
Click (Tools), and then select Reset checked phones.
Right-click one of the check boxes, and then select Reset checked phones.
Click (Tools), and then select Refresh phones now.
Do one of the following:
Double-click the device that you want to see.
Right-click the device that you want to see, and then select View phone details.
