You can see the detailed information of a specific device.
In the navigation area, select Resource & device info – Phones.
Do one of the following:
Double-click the device that you want to see.
Right-click the device that you want to see, and then select View phone details.
The following figure shows an example of the Phone Details window.

Click the header area in the pane.
Click 
(Refresh phone data).
The following list shows the field descriptions for phone details. The phone details are broken into four sections: high-level information in the header, phone status information, IP phone information, ACD hunt group information.
