You can create Message Print rules in the Message Print rules dialog box.
In the navigation area, select System output – Message Print.
Click (Tools), and then select Rules. The Message Print Rules dialog box appears.
If there are no existing rules, click Add to create a new rule.
If there is an existing rule, do one of the following:
Click Add.
Move the pointer over one of the existing rules, and then right-click and select Add new rule.
The Add Message Print Rule dialog box appears.
