IPDRM Resource Usage
NOTE: The IPDRM (IP Device Resource Manager) Resources content control is applicable to Mitel Support users only. See User Types for details.
The IPDRM Resource content control shows the IPDRM resource data since system boot or since they were last cleared.
To view the IPDRM Resource Usage content control:
In the navigation area, select Resource & device info – IPDRM Resource Usage. All values are 0 at system power up.
The following resource types are displayed in the control:

G.711: Any device that has camped on for a G.711 resource.

G.729: Any device that has camped on for a G.729 resource.

IP phone: Any IP phone that has camped on for an IP resource.
-
IP trunk: Any IP trunk that has camped on for an IP resource.
-
Emergency: Any IP phone or trunk that has camped on for an emergency IP resource.

UVM: Any UVM application that has camped on for an IP resource.
-
IP networking: Any UVM application that has camped on for an IP resource.
-
IP voice mail: Any IP voice mail that has camped on for an IP resource.
The following list shows statistics for each resource type:

20-minute average camp-ons The average number of phones/devices camping-on for the various resource types over 20-minute intervals.

5-minute average camp-ons The average number of phones/devices camping-on for the various resource types over 5-minute intervals.

60-minute average camp-ons The average number of phones/devices camping-on for the various resource types over 60-minute intervals.

Current camp-ons The total number of phones/devices that are camping-on at this instant. The range can be from 0 to the total number devices in the system that may camp-on for resources.

Max camp-on time (sec) The longest time someone has camped on for IP resources. This value is cleared at system reset or if the user manually clears the statistics by selecting Clear IPDRM Resource Diagnostics from the tools menu. If this value is extremely high (several hours or more) the user may want to check to see if a subscriber is listening to background music on their phone. The range is 0 to more than 4 billion.

Max camp-ons The largest number of Camp Ons that have occurred since the system reset or since the user manually cleared the statistics by selecting Clear IPDRM Resource Usage from the tools menu. The range is 0 to system dependent (depending on the number of devices equipped, reservations, IP resources available).
To clear IPDRM resource usage:
Click
(Tools), and then select Clear IPDRM resource usage.
To refresh IPDRM resource usage:
Click
(Tools), and then select Refresh IPDRM resource usage now.
