Error Messages

The following list shows the error messages that can appear in the Information bar in the System Administration & Diagnostics window. If the System Administration & Diagnostics application is in Collapsed Mode, only the first line of the text appears in the Information bar.

Connection failed.

Resources required for remote configuration connection are in use by another application.

Connection to the Remote Proxy Server failed. Verify the Remote Proxy Server is reachable and the IP Address and Port are correctly programmed. If this problem persists, please contact your Network Administrator or Technical Support.

Connection to the Remote Proxy Server failed during login. Verify the Remote Proxy Server is consistently reachable.

The 5000 CP was not logged in.

The 5000 CP system was reached, but the VPN connection did not complete. Increasing the Remote Proxy Server Connect Timeout may solve this problem.

An unexpected status of “Logging Out” was indicated. If this problem persists, contact Technical Support.

An unexpected error has occurred. If this problem persists, please contact Technical Support.

Unable to read registry settings. Please re-install Database Programming. If this problem persists, contact Technical Support.

Connection to the Remote Proxy Server failed during login. Verify the Username, Password and PIN are valid.

Windows API failed. Please re-install Database Programming. If this problem persists, please contact Technical Support.

Could not load the Remote Proxy Server's public key. Please re-install Database Programming. If this problem persists, please contact Technical Support.

The connection to the Remote Proxy Server failed because the programmed Hostname/IP Address is invalid.

The connection to the Remote Proxy Server failed because a socket error occurred. If this problem persists, please contact your Network Administrator or Technical Support.

The connection to the Remote Proxy Server failed because the Secure Socket Layer could not encrypt the login request. Please contact your Network Administrator or Technical Support.
