While connecting, a status indicator () and the connection status text appears, along with the Cancel button.
Click Cancel at any time in the Information bar.
If you click on the bar, it expands to show the history of the active connection (for example, the steps that have been completed or are in progress). All possible connection status strings are described in the following section.
NOTE: In previous versions, Session Manager maintained a connection log, listing the steps completed in each connection along with settings and the actual IP address use. System Administration & Diagnostics maintains the same information in the general System Administration & Diagnostics log. This log is located in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Mitel\System Administration & Diagnostics\Logs\adconYYYYMMDD_HHMMSSmmm_xxxx.log.
