Message On Hold

Recording a Message on Hold if your System has IntraMail

To record a Message On Hold:

  1. Press V-MAIL and dial SA (72).
  2. Push Message On Hold (dial 1).
  3. Do one of the following.
    1. Push Listen (Lstn) to listen to the Message On Hold (if recorded).
    2. Push Record (Rec) to record a new Message On Hold.
    3. Push Erase to erase the Message On Hold (if recorded)
    4. Push Back to back up a level.

Recording a Message on Hold if your System does not have IntraMail

To record a Message On Hold:

  1. Press V-MAIL.
  2. Push Message On Hold (MOH).
  3. Do one of the following.
    1. Push Listen (Lstn) to listen to the Message On Hold (if recorded).
    2. Push Record (Rec) to record a new Message On Hold.
    3. Push Erase to erase the Message On Hold (if recorded)
