Setting Up the Hang Up Action

To set up the Hang Up Action:

  1. 4231-xx: Digit 01-13 Action [Voice Mail: Dial Actions: Dial Action Table: Dial Assignment (4231): Action]
    Use this option to assign a Hang Up action to an available key.
    • When the outside caller dials the key programmed with the Hang Up action, the Automated Attendant immediately hangs up.
    • By default, digit 9 is the Hang Up action in Dial Action Table 1. The remaining tables have no Hang Up actions defined.
  2. There is no associated routing option for the Hang Up action.
