Setting Up Find Me Follow Me


  • Find Me Follow Me requires Tandem Calls capability. Check with your communications manager.

To set up Find Me Follow Me at a keyset:

Next: Go to next selection. Prev: Go to previous selection. Select: Select current Option. Back: Back out of current option. Exit: Exit Menu setup.
V-MAIL + OP (67) Select the Mailbox Options sub-menu
  CO (26) [CallH] Select the Call Handling sub-menu.
  (1) [FMFM] Select the Find Me Follow Me options.
  O (6) [On]

Turn Find Me Follow Me on (if it is off).
  O (6) [Off]

Turn Find Me Follow Me off (if it is on).
  D (3) [Dest]

Set up the Find Me Follow Me destinations.
  Select the Find Me Follow Me destination:
  • (1) [Dest1]: Select destination 1.
  • (2) [Dest2]: Select destination 2.
  • (3) [Dest3]: Select destination 3.
  E (3) [Enbl] Enable the selected destination.
  • If the destination is not programmed, follow the same options as for Chnge below.
  D (3) [Disbl] Disable the selected destination.
  C (2) [Chnge] For the selected destination, change the start time, stop time and destination number.
  Start Time Enter the Find Me Follow Me start time (00-12)
  • (2) [AM] or (7) [PM]: Select AM or PM for the start time entered.
  • (*) [Next]: Go to the next option. (The entry is automatically saved if you changed it.)
  • [Exit]: Back up to the previous level without saving.
  Stop Time Enter the Find Me Follow Me stop time (00-12)
  • (2) [AM] or (7) [PM]: Select AM or PM for the stop time entered.
  • (*) [Next]: Go to the next option. (The entry is automatically saved if you changed it.)
  • [Exit]: Back up to the previous level without saving.
  Number Enter the Find Me Follow Me destination number (co-worker's extension or outside number).
  • (#) OK: Save the displayed number.
  • Clear: Erase the displayed number.
  • (*) Next: Go back to the previous level without saving the number.
  • (*) Exit: Go back to the previous level without saving the number.
  (#) Back Back up to the previous level.
  (#) [Back] Back up to the previous level.
  (#) [Back] Back up to the previous level.

To set up Find Me Follow Me at a Super Display:

  • If the destination is not programmed, follow the same options as for Change below.
  D (3) [Disable] Disable the selected destination.
  C (2) [Change] For the selected destination, change the start time, stop time and destination number.
