Recording a Broadcast Message for all Co-workers

Record and Send a Broadcast Message (Keyset)
`Next`: Go to next selection. `Prev`: Go to previous selection. `Select`: Select current Option. `Back`: Back out of current option. `Exit`: Exit Menu setup.
`V-Mail`: Log onto System Administrator Mailbox.
	`RS (77) [Rec]`	Start recording the Broadcast Message. While recording:
		`* [Resume] [Pause]`	Pause or restart recording.
		`E(3) [Cncl]`	Erase the recording.
		`# [Done]`	Complete and save the recording.
			When asked for the recipient's mailbox number, dial `*`.
				`[Send]`	Send your Broadcast Message to all mailboxes.
				`[Mbox]`	Back up to the previous level and reenter the recipients mailbox number.
				`[Cncl]`	Cancel the recording and return to the Main Menu.
