Ringing Line Preference

Using Ringing Line Preference

To use Ringing Line Preference:

  1. Lift the handset or press SPEAKER.
  2. You automatically answer the call.

To bypass Ringing Line Preference:

  1. Before lifting the handset or pressing SPEAKER, press one of the following instead:
    1. INTERCOM
    2. Line or loop key
    3. Feature Key
  2. You will not connect to the ringing call.

To set up Ringing Line Preference at a keyset:

Next: Go to next selection. Prev: Go to previous selection. Select: Select current Option. Back: Back out of current option. Exit: Exit Menu setup.
Menu + 38 Select the Ringing Line Preference sub-menu
  On Turn Ringing Line Preference on.
  Off Turn Ringing Line Preference off.
  Back Back up to the previous level.

Next: Go to next selection. Prev: Go to previous selection. Select: Select current Option. Back: Back out of current option. Exit: Exit Menu setup.
Menu + Features + More + Ringing Line Pref Select the Ringing Line Preference sub-menu
  On Turn Ringing Line Preference on.
  Off Turn Ringing Line Preference off.
  Back Back up to the previous level.
  Exit Exit to the idle menu display.
