Using Standard Last Number Redial

To redial your last call:

  1. Lift the handset.
  2. (Optional) Press an idle line key to preselect a line.
    1. If you skip this step, the system automatically selects a line from the same group as your initial call.
  3. Press REDIAL.
    1. If you hear busy tone and your extension has Line Queuing, you can dial 2 to wait for a line to become free.
    2. If you hang up, the system converts the queue to a Line Callback. With Line Queuing, the number automatically redials when a line is available.

Using Enhanced Last Number Redial

To redial your last call at a keyset:

  1. Press REDIAL.
    1. If you select a line key before this step, the newest call is automatically redialed when you press REDIAL (just like Standard Last Number Redial).
  2. Press VOLUME up or down to display the number you want to call.
  3. To redial the displayed number, do one of the following.
    1. Press SPEAKER.
    2. Lift the handset.
    3. Push Dial.
  4. The system tries to use the same line as that used for your initial call.
    1. If that line is busy, the system automatically selects a line from the same group as your initial call.
    2. If you hear busy tone and your extension has Line Queuing, you can dial 2 to wait for a line to become free.
    3. If you hang up, the system converts the queue to a Line Callback. With Line Queuing, the number automatically redials when a line is available.

To redial your last call at a Super Display:

  1. Press REDIAL.
    1. If you select a line key before this step, the newest call is automatically redialed when you press REDIAL (just like Standard Last Number Redial).
  2. Push the soft key for the number you want to call.
  3. The system tries to use the same line as that used for your initial call.
    1. If that line is busy, the system automatically selects a line from the same group as your initial call.
    2. If you hear busy tone and your extension has Line Queuing, you can dial 2 to wait for a line to become free.
    3. If you hang up, the system converts the queue to a Line Callback. With Line Queuing, the number automatically redials when a line is available.

To erase (clear) all the numbers from your Enhanced Last Number Redial memory:

  1. Press REDIAL + CLEAR.
  2. Do one of the following:
    1. Push Yes to clear the Last Number Redial memory.
    2. Push No to back up to the previous level without clearing the Last Number Redial memory.
