The IP Resource Usage content control shows the IP resource data since system boot or since they were last cleared.
In the navigation area, select Resource & device info – IP Resource Usage.
The columns of each table represent IP resource types. Those fields include Total, G.711 µ-law, G.726, G.729, T.38, Caller ID Tx, and Caller ID Rx.
The rows of each table represent the call type that the resource is allocated for. Those fields include Networking, Phone, Emergency, Trunk, UVM, IP Voice Mail, File-Based MOH, and Totals.
The following list shows the forms that are used to diagnose IP resource status:
If there are any VOIPs with channel allocation errors, a warning message appears in the content control and a desktop alert appears on the bottom right corner of the screen.
Click (Tools), and then select Clear IP resource diagnostics.
Click (Tools), and then select Refresh IP resource diagnostics now.
Do one of the following:
Double-click a row in the Current tab.
Right-click a row, and then select View IP resource details.
