Hourly Call Statistics

The Hourly Call Statistics content control displays the number of calls each hour since the system was booted (or since you last cleared the statistics). These counts include only trunk (CO) calls, not internal calls. Incoming and outgoing calls are tracked separately.

To view the Hourly Call Statistics content control:

In the navigation area, select Call activity – Hourly Call Statistics.

To clear call statistics:

Click tools.gif (Tools), and then select Clear call statistics.

To refresh call statistics:

Click tools.gif (Tools), and then select Refresh call statistics now.
