This section describes how to view the backups history for a connection. You can view the results of scheduled backup attempts in order of newest to oldest events.
Do one of the following:
The Manage Backups—History Tab window appears. This window shows a sample of the full reason of a failure status. See Scheduled Backup Troubleshooting Issues for a detailed list of failure reasons and warning messages.
Double-click the event history that you want to open.
Select the event history, and then click Open, or right-click and select Open.
Select the event history, and then click View log, or right-click and select View log. The system opens a service log file in the text format (*.txt). It uses Notepad by default.
