The Current Calls content control displays the active calls on the system.
In the navigation area, select Call activity – Current Calls.
The following list shows the field descriptions of the Current Calls content control:
From name: The username (when applicable) for the device initiating the call.
From number: The extension for the device initiating the call.
From type: The specific device type that initiated the call. The options are Telephone (a.k.a. digital phone), IP Phone, Single Line, B-Channel, OPX, DID, Loop Start, Ground Start, E&M, Hunt Group, Page Zone, Voice Mail, and Extension List.
To name: The username (when applicable) for the device receiving the call.
To number: The extension for the device receiving the call.
To type: The specific device type receiving the call. The options are Phones, Trunks, Hunt Groups, Page Zones, Voice Mail, and Extension List.
To HW: (For Mitel Support users only) The specific hardware address receiving the call, such as "7.8.1" (board.port.circuit).
Status: The current status of the call. The call status options are Ringing, Hold, Conference, Pending, Queued, Connected, and Offered (UC-related).
You can specify how often (refresh time) the call activity is retrieved from the node and updated in the data grid.
Select the rate you want to use in the Refresh rate list. The available rates are Off (default), 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 45 seconds, and 1 minute.
Click (Refresh call activity now).
