Conferences

The Conferences content control is enabled if the application is connected to a v5.0 or later system. This content control displays high-level conferencing information and details about each conference.

To view the Conferences content control:

In the navigation area, select Call activity – Conferences.

The Conferences content control displays the following fields (these values are visible even when the control is in a collapsed state):

• Active conferences: The number of currently active conferences.

• IP resources in use: The number of IP resources currently allocated for conferences.

The Conferences content control also displays a list of the active conferences with details about each conference:

• Type: The type of the conference (Ad Hoc or Meet-Me).

• Number of parties: The number of parties in the conference.

• Start time: The date and time that the conference was started.

• Name: The name of the Meet-Me Conference.

• Owner: The extension of the person that owns the conference. It applies only to Meet-Me Conferences.

• Access code: The access code for the conference. This field only applies the Meet-Me Conferences.

• Parties: Each conference lists information about each of the parties in the conference. This information is described in the next table.

Each conference displays the following information about the parties:

• Number: The number of the party.

• Name: The name of the party.

To refresh conferences:

Click (Tools), and then select Refresh conferences now.
