Use this option to set the length of the Echo Tail. When Echo Cancellation is enabled, the system waits for the duration of the Echo Tail for reflected speech to be returned. If the system detects the reflected speech within the Echo Tail interval, Echo Cancellation mathematically evaluates the returned waveform and then generates an opposing waveform to cancel the echo.
If the Echo Tail is too short, the system might not see the reflected signal. If the Echo Tail is too long, delays may be introduced.
