Use this option to set the transmit gain for the selected profile. If the speech level to the destination is consistently low, consider raising this setting. If the speech level to the destination is consistently high, consider lowering this setting. Be aware that the setting of this option affects all VoIP calls set up using the selected profile. The setting is not extension specific. The default setting for this option is 0db (no adjustment).
