Use this option to set the level of the artificial background noise injected into the voice portion of
the VoIP packet. This creates more natural sounding voice since the conversation doesn't go completely dead
(quiet) between bursts of speech. The background noise is a low but consistent sound that lets the callers know the
VoIP call is still alive. Setting this value too low creates an unnatural sounding conversation. Setting the
Idle Noise too high makes the background sound too loud and detracts from the quality of the call.
