Set up the Security Code Login Option.

  1. 2143-06: Security Code [Stations: Config: IntraMail: Options (2143): Security Code]
    Set up the Security Code Login Option for a Station Mailbox. Choose between always (1) or from Remote Logon only (2).
    Option Description
    1 [Default] Always.
    2 Remote Logon only.
  2. 2313-06: Security Code [Stations: Department Groups: IntraMail: Options (2313): Security Code]
    Set up the Security Code Login Option for a Department Group Mailbox. Choose between always (1) or from Remote Logon only (2).
    Option Description
    1 [Default] Always.
    2 Remote Logon only.
  3. You can also set the Security Code Login Option from the Mailbox Options Menu.
